Please note that in trading with Tesla Studios, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Tesla Studios is a private studio and entrance is by prior appointment only.

A non refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. Tesla Studios reserve the right to waive this deposit. Where the deposit is waived, the client will be aware that the booking may be subject to change/cancellation by Tesla Studios.

Payment is required in full at the end of each session, or if consecutive days are booked, on or before the last session of the consecutive days. In cases we may ask for payment prior to the session.

No recordings in possession of Tesla Studios shall be released to clients until all open accounts have been settled and any payments made by cheque have cleared. The rights to any recordings remain the property of Tesla Studios until paid for in full.

Tesla Studios should be notified of any cancellations no less than 7 days before the booked start date. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the booked start date will be liable to 50% of the total fee.

Sessions cancelled on the booked day will be charged in full.

A session is considered an 8 hour period, and includes setup time, break down time, and any breaks taken by the client or engineer. The engineer will be allowed a break of up to 15 minutes every 2 hours to alleviate ear fatigue. The engineer will be allowed one 30-minute meal break per session and an additional meal break for sessions lasting longer than eight hours. All such time is on the clock.

All sessions booked by the client will be charged for in full at the agreed studio rate - Regardless of whether the client does not work for all or any part of the time booked.

Tesla Studios reserve the right to make alternative financial arrangements with clients - These shall be stipulated and agreed upon over email. Unless said agreement is stipulated over email, all other terms apply.

After 30 days, outstanding amounts will be charged interest at 8% above the BOE base rate per annum (Late Payment of Commercial Debts (interest) Act 1998).

Clients assume all risks associated with storing equipment/instruments/personal property on or off the premises of Tesla Studios.

Although highly unlikely, we reserve the right to reschedule sessions in case of illness or other circumstances beyond our control.

”Booking” means the hire of the Studio for the Period of Booking.

"Booking Fee" means the fee payable by the Client to the Company for the Booking

calculated in accordance with Tesla Studios quoted or usual scale of charges.

"Client" means the person or company who makes the studio Booking or to whom the invoice will be made out to.
